Contact Man : RAJESH KUMAR mobile no 9326102200, 9595562200 One of my friends from Kolkata, booked Aastha Packers & Movers for shifting the household items from Mumbai to Kolkata on 18th October 2013, under consignment note no. 1134. They had committed a delivery period of 7 days at his home in Kolkata. There were total of 31 packages containing household items. Today being 11th November 2013, even after 24 days, the consignment has not reached his house. Since last 15 days we are calling one Mr. Rajesh Kumar, as mentioned in the Consignment note. But the response is very poor. He does not attend calls. After several calls some other person attended and gave another name – Dharmendar, who gave another name Virendar etc etc. Either they pass the book or do not attend the calls at all. However, when they speak for the first time, they confidently bluff and tell that consignment will be delivered by evening or by next day morning. Now from yesterday, no one is attending the calls. Material not delivered at all. Our repeated calls and various mails do not give any positive result. Can any one suggest how to take action against these people?
