Subject: Complaint: Membership Fraud and Refund Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report a membership fraud and request a refund from Acevoyages international pvt Ltd .
On 30/11/23 mislead into purchasing 5000
Then they again contacted on March 2024 for to purchase 10000 package so On 3/204 I was misled into purchasing a [membership/package] for Rs-10000
So the total amount of 15000 got mislead
The issues are:
1. Misrepresentation: The membership benefits and services promised were exaggerated or nonexistent.
3. Lack of transparency: No clear terms and conditions or refund policies were provided.
Now iam trying to connect with them on social platform they are not responding
The customer care number provided by them is not working
The mobile number of person who connected with us for membership is no longer responding
The company is not connected with Justdial
I have attached evidence, including:
– Membership agreement/email
– Communication records
I request:
1. Immediate cancellation of membership
2. Full refund of 15000
3. Compensation for distress and inconvenience caused
Please investigate and resolve this matter within 14 days. If unresolved, I will:
1. File complaints with consumer protection agencies
3. Share my experience on social media
