Awful choice for transport and transit, illiterate staff, bottom to top management shows inability to respond to customer calls, no one pics the call and provide you the update once payment is done, my consignment was left over in between the transit at unknown location for 03 days, management was not at all aware about the situation. Moreover got the severe damages in the consignment. Surprisingly, employees threaten and misbehave if followup rigorously. Director and owner do not take any interest in any kind of transactions.
