I was sick in the hospital and due to severe medical conditions I haven’t been working. I asked my relationship manager (binu thomas) to apply for deferment of personal loan, holding metlife payment, apply for critical illness claim with Zurich and apply new sponsorship documents.
Deferment was not applied until two months after which is not applicable anymore.
Zurich claim was done three weeks after and he is not responding to my enquiry for updates.
Cards have been blocked due to not application of the documents that have been sent over three months ago.
