Dear Sir/Madam
I had applied for my PF withdrawal in the month of July ’15 (Employer – Adecco India Pvt Ltd.). As per them they had submitted my PF withdrawal form to “Adecco Employees Provident Fund Trust”.
In the month of Nov’15, I got a amount against the Claim Form 19. Whereas still I am not getting any amount against Claim Form 10C, I was already sent 2-3 time Form-10C, UAn Card, Aadhar Card & Pan Card to “Adecco Employees Provident Fund Trust”.I had repeatedly requested them to do the necessary action but they are unable to do response positively. Now the Adecco Executives replied me over phone that the Claim process already had been done from their end long ego but they don’t know why the payment has been not done. And now nothing is in their hand also.
