Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN01107745 with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to constantly call customer care regularly and they give different excuses and don’t reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still I didn’t got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully passed quality check and mentioned as returned and refunded soon in social campaigning saw many other had the same issue so much panicked so request you to resolve my case as soon as possible already its been more than 13 days.
