I ordered a product through the Adidas mobile app on April 4; I received it on April 12 but it was too large for me, so I returned it to the team on April 14.After two days, I had learned that the order had been returned to the Adidas store.I later called the customer service to request a refund, and they gave me a link to fill out my bank information. I did so, and now I’m waiting for the money to be credited to my account, but it hasn’t happened yet.I’ve had the notification that my refund of Rs. 3200 would be credited for almost two weeks now.Please assist me in receiving the refund.Please aid me on the side.
