It March 2024,when I applied for a cell phone from mobi Cell, then after signing contract with I realized that they are sending me another cell phone not the one I asked them for then I called them to cancel contract. I was told it’s fine since it was already dispatched I must collect it from the driver then contract will be automatically canceled.
On 25 March an amount of R140 was deducted from my account, I called mobi Cell they said they have no idea and nothing is showing on their accounts. Now the problem everymonth I am paying R140 of which I don’t understand what is for, I tried to send email to Mobisos support since it’s their name that appears from my bank their email says it’s invalid.
I need help to cancel this debit order and to get my refund

Every month Mobisos is deducting money from my bank account, and I know nothing about Mobisos and I don’t understand what is for. I am sending this email since it’s their name appears from my bank
account. I need help to please cancel this debit order and get my refund
