Dear Sir, Myself Mr. Satyabrat Baral intimating you that, I had booked Agrawal packers & Movers (DRS GROUP) Secunderabad, for HHG shifting from Nellore (AP) to Korba (CG). The HHG packed & moved (40 items) from Nellore on 22/02/2017 bearing G.C No- 4549930. While unloading I found a cartoon box (N0-37) fully damaged & opened as well as some products missing form the box and some other products fully damaged through transport. The total worth of the damaged & missing products is a Rs18,000. I claimed for the payment for the damaged & missing products, but company is not paying the full amount. As per the rules the company has to pay the full claim amount . Even though continuous complains for claim also no one has responded instead of ignoring. This shows how the company is cheating the customers. Finally I am writing this complain to you to take fast & serious action againt the company and settle the claim by paying the full amount of the missing & damaged item at the earliest. I kindly request you to resolve the matter with full payment against the claim of my missing & damaged products. Looking forward for your positive response. Please do the needful.
