Agarwal packers shipped my piano from coimbatore to mumbai and completely damaged it. The damages is well above 38000. This was in June. Since then their claims department sent over a person to assess the situation but their claims department agent Mr. Lalit Mishra has been dodging my calls and keeps rescheduling when we can speak.It has been 4 months now and no action has been taken. I have seen numerous complaints against him in particular and Agarwal packers on various consumer forums. If you have had a similar experience with them please respond to this post so that we can take collective action. This is clearly a highly unethical and unprofessional business that has made its money by cheating people.
