Dear Team,

I have booked my ticket with Air Costa on for Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 28-Feb-2017 for travelling to Bangalore from Ahmedabad on 05-Mar-2017, they have booked by ticket not immediately within 48hrs they have cancelled the flight stating that there is some operational issue, imagine how would I schedule my travel if airline do such things any that ok but then they have reschedule my flight from 5-Mar to 6-Mar without giving me any other option that also ok but very next day they informed me that my flight is cancelled and will process the full refund.

but till today the refund in not processed, when I try to connect customer care it always keeps busy and there is no agent available to take my call which is really ridiculous. how can they do such things to their customers

Please help me to get my refund ASAP.
