Ticket cancelled by aircosta but no refund prvided
I had booked a tickets of Air (i.e Aircosta Airlines) through VIA Portal, after booking on 21st mar 2017 I got a email from Aircosta customer saying as below:

Dear Guest,

We have cancelled your ticket for full refund.Given below are the details

PNR No. : 02T2H4

Sector : BLR to AMD on 23/05/2017

The refund amount due to you is Rs.9000.
The same amount shall be processed within the next 24 hrs. It may take 6-7 additional days to reflect in your bank account/ credit card statement depending on your bank.

We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused.

Above was the message I recieved and Till date I have not got refund of my amount Rs 9000, when ever I email them they say it will take 5 to 6 days but yet I have not got my refund. If I pressurize them They send me a email saying we have refunded the amount to the VIA portal from where you had booked the tickets

When I contact VIA, They are not taking the responsibility and saying that AIRCosta has not refunded the amount to them and they are just a service portal giving a platform I need to contact Aircosta for refund

This is happening from last 6months, request you to help me in getting back my refund
