Sir,
I have booked one airline ticket with below-mentioned travel booking agency, https://www.airlinesticketcorp.com which is based in Australia, And unfortunately I can’t travel because of some personal problem a, and I have to requested them to cancel my booking, because of the second step, I didn’t complete, but they saying they can’t refund my amount,
please see the attached conversation details email file for your reference and review.do the needful action to release the booked amount of 186$
