Airtel Digital TV – Denial of Recharging Remittance

MY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONSUMER NO. IS 3015756726 FOR TWO CONNECTIONS. MY DUE DATE OF RECHARGE WAS 31.03.2016 OF RS.586.00. I REMITTED RS.586.00 BY SBI INTERNET BANKING PAYMENT ON 29.03.2016. ON 31.03.2016 AFTERNOON MY BOTH THE CONNECTIONS WERE DISCONNECTED AS THEY INFORMED IN REPLY TO MY PHONE THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT AND TO GET IMMEDIATE CONNECTION, A MINIMUM RECHARGE OF RS.150.00 HAVE TO BE MADE.

I INSTANTLY REMITTED VIA INTERNET BANKING RS.150.00 TO THEM AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE RECEIPT BY THEIR TRANSACTION ID NO.160331172637,DT.31.03.2016, BUT AFTER FEW MINUTES WHEN ENQUIRED, THEY DID NOT CONFIRM THE RECEIPT FROM BANK. THEN I FURTHER REMITTED RS. 150.00 THROUGH SBI AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE RECEIPT VIDE TRANSACTION ID NO.160331173606, DT.31.03.2016.

ON 31.03.2016 NIGHT THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE RECEIPT OF RS.586.00 AND RS.150.00 AND SHOWED THE ACCOUNT BALANCE ACCORDINGLY. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR ANOTHER RS.150.00, THEY REPLIED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANOTHER RS.150.00.

THEN I LODGED A COMPLAINT TO BANK AND THEY REPLIED VIA SMS THAT ” IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT YOUR TRANSACTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED”.

SO IT IS SURE THAT AIRTEL DIGITAL HAVE RECEIVED THE AMOUNT AND SOMEWHERE MISPLACED THE TRANSACTION. I HAD REMITTED THE MONTHLY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF RS,586.00 WELL IN ADVANCE BUT THEY FAILED TO ACCOUNT FOR IN MY ACCOUNT. DUE TO THEIR FAULT I HAD TO MAKE FURTHER TWO RECHARGES. I HAVE ALSO SEND THEM THE BANK STATEMENT OF MARCH 2016.

SO, I REQUEST YOU TO EXERT PRESSURE ON THEM TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT WITH MY BALANCE AMOUNT.
