My Airtel digital tv a/c no. is 3015813206. About an year ago, I recharged my digital tv account for a year and possibly one month was given extra by the company. Meanwhile I thought that I should go for a better plan providing telecast of all the channels including the HD, so I added an amount of about Rs. 2500. Later on, the company fellow informed me that addition can not be made in the already existing plan by putting in additional money and it should be applied afresh. So, I dropped the idea and left the balance fund in my account for future use. After that, I only took the subscription of three kids channel, probably on a monthly package of Rs. 40 or 60 and for about 8 days in the whole year I took the subscription of sports channel to watch India ODI matches, for which I made the request in the day and requested for the deactivation after a few hours the same day. Email records are still with me. I was clearly told by their executive that the amount would only be deducted on per day basis, which was about Rs. 2.25. Now, these people have spent all my balance on bogus subscriptions and are not providing me the account statement for last 15 months in writing as it would expose them. This is a clear case of fraud. Airtel Digital TV must refund the balance amount into my account after deducting the genuine charges for the kid’s channel and the sports channel charges for about 8 days which cannot exceed Rs. 25.
