I booked the apt l-1407 on april 3rd 2014 with a planned possession date of apr 30th 2017 (3 years after the project).
During june 2019 i received the offer of possession and to pay the final amount, after multiple clarification and getting incorrect files paid the final amount on aug 24th 2019.
As per the contract the apartment should have been handed over in oct 2019. However the apartment is not ready and even after making multiple calls no details on the final date of possession.
All i hear is reasons of the delay, i am not sure how a project planned to finish is not complete even after 6 years. The people responsible amit and aditya are completely irresponsible and don’t even share the details to complain higher up.
