For getting wood work done in my flat we have a refundable deposit of 10000 as security…they insist for 1000 rs more as charges from contractor, which obviously I paid…when Iam paying maintenance charges for use of lift and security why 1000 rs needs to be paid..it’s a wrong way of income generation by lotus maintenance… should be discontinued
