They said i can travel to other countries, hotel accommodation will be free and they will arrange my visa free of charge as well, i only need to pay for my ticket expenses.
They also offered a free flight and accommodation to georgia good for 2 people as complimentary.
Amazed with all that benefits and trusting your sales team, i decided to take the Membership. However, while reviewing the terms and conditions on the membership form i found out that all the benefits showcased during the presentation is not listed there. I will only be getting a 15% discount on the services with your affiliated companies. I wanted to clarify these issue with your sales team, the one who presented the product to me, but they are not answering my call.
Later on i got a call from your customer service for verification and confirmation that i took a Loyalty membership with your company. Through them i was informed that only the benefits mentioned on the membership form are the valid benefits that i will be getting. I was very upset, it feels like I was scammed.

They are a SCAM and Fraud Company. Beware of these Scammers. They would sell their package by boasting off falsely. They are not affiliated with good hotels and they would not entertain your requests later making lame excuses. So, please never take any package from this SCAM company.
They are highly unresponsive, rude, unprofessional, play with the contract clauses and when they have nothing against to reject your offer they would shamelessly say that they are unable to find any booking in next 2 months or so or for the days of your request. I hope that somebody takes them to the court or Police so that they may not strip more people off their hard earned money.
