I am sharing my personal experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC.
I was approached with what was presented as a prize or promotional offer and invited to attend an event at a hotel. During this event, I was pressured to purchase a prepaid holiday package and asked to sign an agreement and make payment immediately. I made a partial payment on the spot.
Due to financial hardship, I was unable to proceed further at that time. Now, after two months, my package is close to expiring. When I approached the company to register my package, I personally visited their Churchill Tower office. Instead of assisting me, I was told that their internet was not working and even their landline was not functioning.
After that visit, I continued to follow up for the next two days. Since then, they have not been answering calls or responding to emails. The company never provides a mobile number and only shares a landline number, which remains unreachable.
This is my personal experience, and based on what I have faced, I believe this company is operating fraudulently. I request Dubai Police to look into this matter, and I urge other people in the UAE who may have had similar experiences to come forward so we can raise this issue together.
