I have booked a flat in Ajnara Ambrosia project H-1603.As per company representative Mr Umang Arora’s email dated 01 SEP 17 to me, the MoU for payment of Pre-Emi by the company in subvention scheme with ICICI Bank was expiring in Dec 17.Therefore it was descided that the Pre-Emi will now be deducted from my account and your the company will deposit the same on/before the due date.This however, has not been honoured by Ajnara and ICICI deducted the amount from my account without the company depositing the same as promised.Fortunately i had funds in the account and the emi went through.Also repeated mails to Ajnara Ltd have led to delayed, ignorant and curt replies.I suggest you please inform it’s senior management to resolve this issue and revert please.Reference Ajnara Ambrosia Flat No.H-1603.
