Dubai E 73110. My vehicle was due for 90k service at Al Badia it is very unfortunate that when I go to collect my car the seat plastic which the service advisor puts on at the time of receiving the car was not removed and moreover the car was not washed nor vaccumed inside. I made a payment of AED1122 for this service and paid additional outside to have my car cleaned in and out. As a customer I can get a Toyota from any dealer but what makes You apart is the after sale service you offer. Looking at the condition of my car it puts me in a dilemma ” was all checks done / parts changed for the 90k service”

All said and done I will never return to Al Futtaim service center again rather opt for other service center where I pay less and be treated as valued customer.
