Amazon – access to my amazon account for the last 2 weeks has been shut off and re-established only to be shut off

I have been a customer of Amazon Prime from 2007 to present(2022) I have been well pleased until this last two weeks when my account was shut down for supposed security issues, I contacted customer services on numerous times had my acct. reopened only to have it shut down the following day. Today June 3rd it was shut down again after having it opened on June the 2nd. I called and talked with an agent who was very helpful and was told I would hear from their security personal within 1 hour to have my issue resolved, at the time of this complaint I haven’t heard a word back, (still waiting) Thank You Amazon. I would like my account re-opened.
