amazon – Amount Collected and not delivering the product

I have placed an order for a HOM 360° Rotating Leather Case Cover Stand For Dell Venue 7 in Amazon India on 10/08/2015 which was promised to be delivered on 21/08/2015. After the due date when i did not get the delivery and the website not updated so far the details of parcel movement in Tracking options, last update was 18.08.2015. I Again and Again called Amazon customer care and complained about the non-delivery of tablet cover and for retaining the product unmoved at Bangalore from 18.08.2015. They assured with the same promise but failed again saying it will be delivered tomorrow and the last time they requested me to cancel the order and get back the amount. But I want my order within the expected date, which was 21.08.2015. The details of the order is given below. Order No. Monday 10 August 2015 / 403-9811292-0177133 . The payment has already been done for the order through debit card to Amazon India.
The product is lying at Bangalore since from 18.08.2015, they didnt updated the status of product in their website. What is the reason for not delivering the product so far.
What is the value of suffering the customer, how many times to contact the customer care of Amazon? How many days to wait, even after 14 days of order booked till date the product unmoved from Bangalore.
Pl give the opt to compensate the mental harassment and making customer keep calling to the customer care and for not delivering product on assured date.
