I have bought one mobile phone from Amazon India under order id no. 403-9444708-4200340 and user id, [email protected]. Amazon has send me used and tempered product. Its box seal is opened. But when I put return request of the same, they closed my account. And now I am not able to access my account. It causes me huge loss of rs. 40000 (product value). I request NCH to take action against Amazon India and ask them to take their damaged product back and refund my amount back.
