This is regarding my order id 403-9444708-4200340. I have bought one samsung galaxy s6 mobile worth rs. 40000 from Amazon India. But when I received the product it was tempered with and used product, so I put a return request of the same.

But your accouts team has closed my account without any reason. The return was done on 06th Aug. But now the refund of rs. 40000 is not issued by your Amazon.

I have several times commented on your Facebook and Twitter page, and also emailed to your accounts team but they are not replying back to me.

Now I request you to help me in getting the refund at the earliest.
