I purchased XYNO Digital Alarm Clock, Alarm Clock Battery Operated/Night Light/Indoor Temperature, Small Digital Clock with Funny Box (White)
I ordered White colour and received Black. But I did not return the product giving benefit of doubt to the seller. Unfortunately, the product stopped functioning within just a few days of normal use & ironically, this happened after the return window had closed. As a result, I was left with a defective item.
In good faith, I submitted a factual, detailed review along with photograph to help other customers make informed decisions. However, Amazon has repeatedly removed my review with the reasoning that the product is “authentic.” While authenticity may not be in question, the issue lies in the failure of the product which are legitimate aspects of a customer review.
See the photo attached. All you can see is white backlit display but digits are not visible!!
By removing genuine critical reviews, Amazon is preventing accurate product feedback from reaching other customers and creating the impression that unfavorable experiences are being censored. This undermines the trust that long-time customers like myself place in Amazon’s review system.
