Amazon India has a review system whereby their backend people review the ‘Product Reviews’ written by buyers.
I do like to submit reviews and my reviews are very honest.
Amazon has certain guidelines for writing the reviews. I try my best to make sure that those are followed.
I recently bought a laptop battery and gave my positive review 5 out of 5 stars and detailed experience of using the product.
There was nothing objectionable, yet Amazon did not publish the review stating guidelines not followed.
However they do not specify which guideline is not followed and also do not specify where in the content there’s an issue.
They blindly delete the review.
This is disappointing.
