I have ordered Kodak AZ421-RD PIXPRO Astro AZ421 16 MP from amazon India which was delivered to me yesterday as on date 09/09/2022. To my surprise the box in which the camera came, didn’t have the charger, adapter and battery. when I tried calling the customer care number, they were only reachable till 12.00 noon. Today, when I called the customer care they said that we cannot get the product returned and you need to call the seller for that. Now, when I called the seller, they are saying that the product is complete from our end. I have sent the seller a video of the product as well (which is attached for your reference). I have spent my hard earned money for the camera, what will I do with this incomplete product. I have called n number of times to the customer care, but they are not returning the product. However, on the website is is clearly mentioned that I should call the customer care, in case I want to return the item or claim a refund of my amount.
Because of all these pathetic experiences with Amazon India, now I don’t want the camera and want my money to be refunded back to my account, I request the authority to kindly look into this matter and help me and many more customers which are being fooled by such company.
