I have purchased Philips DJ SHL3000/00 Over-Ear Headphone (Black) from amazon.in but I did not satisfy with this product so I returned it on 5th Nov and update my banking detail for refund.

Then I remind then for refund more than 6 times (by call 3 times and by email 3 times) but every time they gave me only one answer that, refund will be credited within 2-4 business days.

But till date refund is pending.
