Amazon -(product form SWIFT MARKETING – Damaged item delivered due to poor packing

I have purchased a monitor, AOC E2070SWNL 19.5-inch LED Monitor through AMAZON (sold by SWIFT MARKETING) for Rs. 6893 (along with packing charges). I got a monitor that is damaged due to insufficient packing. The company is not willing to take back the item and refund the amount. They just have made a handwaving statement that ‘the buyer has not taken reasonable care’. I have the package they have used and the photograph of the package that they have sent. It is very clear from the damage on the screen that it has happened during transit. Anybody can be deputed to check it. I am surprised at the irresponsibility shown by AMAZON. Also I find from their website that if some problem occurs there is no way to contact them. I want AMAZON to refund the amount that is paid by me on this monitor.
