i ordered for redmi note3(32 GB) didnt receive the mobile and i received empty box and i paid the mobile amount but still iam waiting for he mobile.
order id- 40487248926507532
actually this mobile was not available in shops, hence i ordered from amazon.
I am continuously doing follow up from last 25 days and still i did not got the mobile, only amazon executive told me that you will receive your refund or the mobile and now when I am not getting anything as a customer iam totally worried about my money.and finally the amazon is saying now that , the mail id is not registered with amazon and all, each and every mail i have been mentioned that , i didnt registered mail id with amazon , and my personal mail id is [email protected].. but the amazon team is not responding properly. The executive told me that , my account is on hold, and we cant help you and our investigation team will contact you , but the team didnt contact me..
I trust on amazon for purchase the mobile but i receive the empty box please tell me is this my mistake that i trust on amazon..?
I am not able to login on amazon and I tried to login but bot able to login and its giving me error.
i already raise complaint in customer support but i did not receive any resolution please suggest what should i do I want my money or mobile.i have all the proofs for the order placed and payment done.
