Antilog Vacations
I (Antilog Trip booking ID- AVB0033738), with help of travel agent (Ms. Shaina) booked honeymoon package to Andaman for 5Nights from 01-06 April, 2020 with antilog vacations.
flight booking charge: 16,000/- (chenani- Andaman & andaman-chennai)
land package charge: 46,500/-
Total charges for Trip:62,500/-
the trip was cancelled due to covid-19 outbreak & lockdown imposed by GOI.
I requested to antilog vacations for full refund but they told that ticket charges can’t be refunded which I used later for flight booking.
I also requested for refund of land package charges(Amount :46,500/-).because we can’t travel for next 2-3 years.
I mailed them again regarding my full refund but they are telling that the amount(Rs. 46,500) has been credited as credit shell which is valid only till dec-2021 and the amount can be used in land package only. Antilog vacations is not refunding, which is a huge amount (Rs. 46500/-).
I request consumer forum to take necessary action against antilog vacation & ask them to refund me full amount as my huge amount of earning is stuck with antilog vacations and it may become zero, if necesarry action is not taken against them.
