Such a bad experience untrained person even TL nd team has no coordination I book dubai sightseeing package only on 30th june and mr. Varun told me he send me vouchers on same day or mrng I said ok no problem but 3rd july I received cll he said Mr. Varun send u wrong price calculations mistake ur cost is 2600/- higher send me cost differences amount other wise I cancelled ur trip nd refund u and my travel date is” 5july ” wow 2 days before u said this last moment whn I said I want to talk. Mr. Varun hez on leave I m calling him but not received nd thn TL mr Praveen call me and said pay amount I will cancel ur deal I told him last moment whr I m going he said other vendor gives u in 2 hrs u can get it from other vendor…seriously last 4 days u did nothing even u people have no idea of costing mistake u told other vendor did it in 2hr such a rubbish guy hez not accept his mistake I told him Mr.varun bear tht amount why should I bearing he told like no u have too…
Hez not taking any responsibility now wht to do is this my mistake…
At the time if I cancelled package of any reason tht time can not refund nd now its ur mistake u told customer mistake really…
Mr.varun, Mr. Praveen, mr nagesh every person just cover it and said take it or refund ur amount last moment whn I dnt have much time wht to do tell me bcz of u spoiled my trip…
