Hello, my family and I are also stuck in their package. They told us it would cost 35,000 AED, but we already paid 18,000 AED. The following day, I went to them to request a refund, and they gave us a bloody hope that it would arrive today. We are investigating your case, but I’m not sure what the issue is.
Please do not purchase any packages from them as they are nothing more than a bunch of bloody liars who will only show you their fictitious travel tickets.
I’ve been rushing to their offices for the past four months, please. Unprofessional and poor service, guys.
