Apollo Times Tours and Travel LLC
We purchased a package with Apollo Times Travel on March 23 for AED 13,000, and we are also trapped in their fraud commitment package. Apollo Times Travel is a hopeless and fraudulent travel agency.
We sent a 60-day notice to book a trip to Singapore in July, but after multiple follow-ups, they said we were unable to book in July, citing high ticket prices, full reservations, and inability to book. We then asked them to refund the money if they could not honor their commitment, but they refused, claiming it would take a long time to repay and that we would just be buying time and delaying the problem.
told us to give them different dates in the end, so we gave them new dates for August 23. When we complained to Kavita, the person who had sold us the package, we began to ignore her and kept saying we would talk to the reservation department and come back, but nothing ever came of it.
In the end, we chose to depart on August 10th, 23. We even made a compromise by choosing to take a direct flight instead of a Via flight.
through India, I also paid an extra AED 2500 (or an extra AD 13000) for my ticket, which they said they would refund for my subsequent vacation. They had canceled the hotel reservation and had made a cheap hotel reservation when we boarded the flight on August 10, 23.
We checked into a hotel on August 11th, 23 and found that the rooms were extremely small and lacked amenities. After much argument and calling, they agreed to upgrade and then reimburse us, so we paid SG$ 300 once more. However, they refused to book another hotel.
Apollo has promised to book any attraction in Singapore, so today, August 14, as per the itinerary, we were meant to visit Universal Studios. However, despite our follow-up, they failed to book and shared the voucher, so we ended up spending the entire day in the hotel.
I have never encountered a more depressing travel agent. PLEASE AVOID BEING TRAPPED IN THEIR SCAM
