I ordered a co-ord set from their online website on 10th October 2023 of Rs 999 after texting them so many times I received their reply on 11october they said I’ve received your order which will get delivered in 5 days to know the further details I kept on calling and texting them on the no 7972594109 they didn’t reply nor they received the call somehow on the next day after calling and texting they replied questioning me what is your issue? to which simply I replied you are not texting and receiving calls how will get to know about anything I wanted to know the tracking Id of the product that I ordered. The person on the other side managed to share the AWB- 7D0735154 and told me that my parcel will be delivered in 2-3 days by DTDC today is 18th October 2023 I haven’t received my parcel and due date is showing on 20th oct surprisingly when there is no activity happening on the DTDC shipment site. Now today when I’m calling and texting on that no to cancel my order & refund my money they are not replying nor they are receiving the call. This company is fraud I’ve seen many negative comments on their Facebook page named Arasnah they send the wrong/defective/ fake products to the customers they fool them 24×7 they don’t reply and recieve calls they are frauds. Stay away from this fake website Arasnah.

I have ordered corset still no delivary details received, no response on calls
They delivered me a wrong product. I ordered a coord set but what they delivered was a multi coloured hoodie that’s noy even worth a penny. I tried contacting them on the number they provided, also reached out through instagram but no response till date. They’re fraud. Please refrain from buying anythung from them.
