I received a call on 10th June 2017 regarding Jackpot offer followed by a phone call from Mobile No.9211735778 and convinced me to place an order worth Rs.3000/- or more. Jackpot gift of a Dell Laptop worth around Rs.25000/- offered. Accordingly I placed order for a pair of Adidas Shoe for Rs.3400/- including & packing forwarding. I paid Rs.3498/- online in advance.My order and money receipt confirmed by Mr.Ronak calling me from Land phone No.120-688 8655 on 10-06-2017 followed by a confirmation mail. After that there is no correspondence from them. Then I call them repeatedly and at last they telephonic ally given a tracking number. On 14-06-20-17 I received a packet containing a local made shoe without any brand name and the size was also not as per ordered size and useless to me. Now please advise where I can submit a complaint so that no one get cheated any more by this company.

I made payment through paytm as they insisted saying paytm gives 30% cashback
I paid 3698/- and now they are not picking the call, if picking some time, cutting the call
the 22nd customer care number on the site is modified to new one now
They use various paytm number to fruad .
This is the time to act against them, and make let paytm not be part of the fauads
