Please refer our today’s telephonic conversation regarding below matter, still I am waiting for trailing products even till yet I didn’t got docket no itself after multiple follow-up.
While telecom, Your representatives have given many (3/4times) commitments in last week which gone wrong as it’s very disappointed for me.
Now no anyone is responding on phone while contacting on 9210561174 number.
Requested you to please take matter seriously and act on priority to maintain long-lasting relationships and revert per return mail.

Dear AtoZ customer support team,
With reference to your below mail regarding mentioned offer, I have purchased the CASIO wrist watch worth 3396.26, after completing my transaction another representative Mr.Ravi Sharma called and told me that I am not eligible for below offer, if I purchase one more product of min Rs. 3000/ then I will be eligible for same.
Initialy I denied but later on I convinced and repurchased the prestige gas stove of worth 4675/ on 10.11.2016, refer the attached screen shot of both transactions for details.
Then A toZ shopping deal representative Mr. Ravi Sharma told during telecom and assured that I can choose any one product in below mentioned category, so I choose SONY Bravia LED TV accordingly. However, I received a authentic confirmation through email as mentioned in trailing mail.
On 19.11.2016 I received a parcel(Z08339543) through DTDC. wherein Product was totally different as it was POMA wrist watch and Croma insulated hot pot (refer the attached snaps for evidence) against booked above There was no LED TV in the parcel about which I was told.
Therefore I tried to contact many times on both contact no. i.e. 01206888655 & 9210200713 but no body is responding the call.
Hence now I am feeling that both persons were cheaters and company was a fraud.
If there is authenticity, please help and kindly refund my amount and confirm as soon as possible.
