Customer care staff trying to take away consumers money from UPI through. By telling that we will return money for cancil product and asking customer to open their accounts asking them to type id number such as 9999 etc. so that that much amount is snatchrd by telling process of refund. If not done so they use flinthy language against customer. To worst to say. Totally fraud behaviour. Please publish it to save consumers
I purchased on e com site of attitudist slipons cost Rs 699.30 paid via UPI. As they sent email starting delivery takes a month i.e 30 days. Hence cancilled the order. Called on cusomer care no but they called back from mobile no: 7001315239 asking to follow the steps for refund of money but the steps advised were wrong and trying to take away money from UPI account. So many don’t know and they may follow the steps leading to loss of money. Do some need full to stop such frauds. How ever I lost only the cost of slipons. Saved from myself of wrong process of refund techniqe. But many may get traped. In addition to that the staff spoken from the given phone no were using flinthy language.
