Been struggling with this company since last year. Ordered slippers – got them – fit issues – returned – got gift card – ordered again – did not receive order for 2 months – sent multiple emails – pathetic response – finally got the order but guess what, wrong product delivered – return request – got denied saying that I will have to pay for the return – many emails later return successful – another gift card issued – ordered again – 2 months later no product received – went on website to track and guess what, it shoes product delivered.
This is an absolute fraud website and everything about them is totally pathetic,
