I m from hyderabad, placed an order(on 9th sept) through autoglam.in website for Projector Light for my car 2018 Maruti Baleno Alpha model. After multiple followups(for every other 2 days), finally on Oct 15th which is after 36 days, autoglam shipped the item to me. The package was very firm and really secure. I was really shocked after I opened the package. Autoglam sent me used item and he was claiming that the item is brand new and thats how he received from manufacturer when I talked to him over the phone. He was kept saying that it might be damaged during shipping and he was willing to offer me silicon tube to cover the damages on used headlight. Friends – please don’t believe them.
