I had ordered for tata harrier roof rails from their website www.autoglam.in for an amount of Rs. 4650 and my order id is #AG-1351632. Its been a month now and I am constantly convesating over whatsapp for any information of status of the product. Till date I have not recived any information from their team. More over they wont pickup any of my calls. Shipping team of the website is playing games with me. In have repeatedly asked them for a proper infomation they have failed to give me that. Later when i ask for refund they ingore and no response regarding. I need a solution. Either they can supply me the product or the refund.Either way it should be time bound.
