On June 2, 2023, a roof spoiler from Abs Sports Imports was ordered for an Ertiga(2023 MODEL). The order number was #AG-1351023.
Before placing the order, I questioned them about the appropriate delivery date for the item, and they said it would be delivered in 5 days. I had transferred the advance funds for that reason.
But up until this point, they hadn’t returned any of my calls or messages other than to tell me to wait. They aren’t even prepared to give me an accurate order update.
By failing to even deliver and update the status on time, this business practice is incredibly unprofessional.
