Dear Consumer Protection Team/Complaint Room.This is to bring to your attention the New Delhi-based company www.AutoGlam.in (GLAM RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED).
I paid INR 39,800 to Auto Glam.in (Bank operating under name of Glam Retail Pvt Limited) for the VW Vento Projector Headlamps. [Bank Payment Advice is available] The retailer seemed trustworthy because they have a few thousand followers on social media platforms like Instagram and Youtube, and I fell for their trick of paying for the Volkswagen Vento Dual HID Projector headlamps.
They are prompt in their responses only until they have been paid. After which, either there is no response or they only speak in syllables! However, after the payment (Paid Via Online Bank Transfer) has been made, the AutoGlam Team simply instructs you to check the status of the shipment using a different number, despite attempts to obtain shipping and tracking information. which is also useless because they don’t respond and don’t give precise information.
This transaction took place on September 17, 2023.After that, you will find that Auto Glam Team is unreachable and unable to give you a specific delivery date for your order, despite your assurances that it would be shipped out right away when you placed the order. However, as of today, October 3, 2023, this has not occurred.
I therefore require a complete refund because I can no longer trust AutoGlam and I no longer believe in the advertised or sold product. In order to prevent other potential customers from falling for their tricks and losing their hard-earned money, I also ask the Indian cyber team to shut down this website.
