I ordered a power bank on 22.02.2018 on prepaid basis as per order BIS01036049111 from backinsale.com. But till date no response against the same. Tried to call on provided number on site coming wrong or busy. Tried contact on customer portal got no response till date.. Even got response for Afterward placed COD based order from them, when asked about my previous order then provided no update.. Please take legal action agianst backinsale.com. And block the site so as to avoid loss to others.
