I ordered a Philips powerbank through backinsale online shopping website.bit they delivered a duplicate piece of Samsung name powerbank and that also a damaged one.we tried to return it back and get back the money but the mail didn’t reach to the mentioned mail id.i tried to call to the customer support ,that also didn’t work.
