Hello,

I am a consumer of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. and my Loan account number :456GIFFV673284. Initially when this company released overdraft limit of 4 Lac and All other charges total was 4,20,000 rs. I returned all the amount the same day except approximately 80,000 rs. I was not interested for ECS from my bank to make payment to this company but still submitted my documents, and was told that If I make payment in advance before 25th of every month, they will not hit my bank for any EMI.
Now when I make payment in advance, they adjust that amount in my principal amount and initiate EMI to my bank. Bank reject their ECS and consequently, they initiate bounce charge in result. Again when I ask to avoid this charge, they ask to make payment in advance.
So please look in to this matter and if required I will provide more information further.
