Bajaj Finserv – changed my plan

I took personal loan from Bajaj Finserv. After paying EMI for a year, I missed 2 months due to COVID crisis. Now, they changed it to Flexi plan and now I have been paying just the interest. The principal outstanding is back to original amount (70k). I am unable to contact them to resume the regular EMI so that, at least at the end of 3 or 4 years, it will end. But now, I am paying 2k every month as interest forever. Missing EMI of 3k for 2 months has reset the principal outstanding back as if I took loan afresh. About 14 installments had no effect on the loan. I am unable to log in to their portal or their app. It gives error. OTP never comes. It says date of birth is wrong. When someone calls from Bajaj Finserv asking if I am interested in housing loan, I tell them about my current issue with the existing loan, but the caller says “it is a problem with a different department”. I got an address and phone number as KYC (know your customer) center. When I went there, such a place existed with correct name and phone number but he said he does not know anything about KYI stuff. He just is another loan taker (victim) of Bajaj Finserv.
