I have ordered JBL earbuds and JBL earphones in 1600 rupees on 13 Oct 2021. and I got this product on 19 Oct 2021.The item was packed with shop clues online shopping packing,but after unpacking I got a duplicate item,the company is cheated me and earn money by cheating.There is no trust worthy matters,I need to refund the price what I’m given to the delivery boy, this is a big problem faced by many customers. The law and Judiciary system should treat the matter in priority,otherwise there will be many issues like this. The company’s are publishable by cheating us.
