I am Deen Dayal Shrivastava (Mobile No.9414664500) made an order with online shopper – Bhagya Darpan, D 15 3rd Floor Prashant Vihar, New Delhi-110085, Delhi Phone:8527992308 ([email protected]) for supply of 6 Packs with 36 bottles of Lalvat oil on 05.01.2016 by making online payment of Rs.7648.00 through credit card as per their online advertisement.Payment Receipt / Id:86943247 dated 05.01.2016. I received one Pack containing 6 bottles of Lalvat oil on 11.01.2016 against my order of 6 Packs of 36 bottles. I made a complaint at [email protected] sending scan copy of above Receipt and talked with them at Mobile No.9711961283 requesting to send remaining consignment of my order ie. 5 Packs of 30 bottles. I was following up regularly with them to send remaining consignment but I did not received the consignment except their assurances that it shall be delivered with in 4 to 5 days.
